Moody Blue and Gold Geometric Wedding Inspiration

Brianna Kozlarek / Monday June 11, 2018

Bringing elements of simple luxury together with decadent tastes of chocolate, unique florals, and geometric shapes, today’s styled shoot by Rebecca M Creative is the perfect moody, elegant mix.  Styled after the themes of Breanna White  photography’s branding, this moody geometric wedding shoot was inspired by the modern, mature bride. “Rather than the more demure, candid bride that has dominated the industry in the recent years, this bride is strong, powerful, confident, sensual, and not afraid to be simplistic,” said Rebecca M Creative. “Allowing the shadows to be featured rather than avoided, Breanna White shows today’s bride that flaws are beautiful. That what makes you imperfect to the rest of the world can be what your true love finds most appealing…and to embrace it, and own it as yourself.” Beyond weddings, we are find some serious home decor/tablescape inspo in this shoot. And guys, wait til you see the cake:

Placing the table right in-between the black and white walls, the pop of color of the table runner and the added flair of the floral were the perfect backdrop for the statement place settings styled by Sage & Thistle Events. Natalie, the artist behind The Cake Flower cut into the geometric masterpiece she created to bring a marbled section resembling the milky way to her four-tier cake. Rather than round, Natalie took the modern one step further and used a hexagon as her base shape.
