Hosted by the incredibly dynamic ladies of Studio Deux Digital and #PrettyPerfectPartner Elle Nicole Events, The Office Party, DC is gracing the DMV with their second annual event at Studio 52 located in the heart of Ivy City on January 11th, 2018. This premiere, sell out event is sure to be an experience you don’t want to miss and here’s 9 things you should know before you grab your ticket and attend:
Concept –The Big Picture
The “Office Party” is an event created specifically with the millennial entrepreneur in mind. Socially (and digitally) savvy DMV entrepreneurs, Ashlee Laughlin & Tearra High of Studio II came up with an event concept to bring the holiday, office party experience to entrepreneurs and freelancers in the DMV who don’t have the opportunity to partake in traditional office parties similar to those in a corporate environment.
The Who’s Who..
Studio Deux & Elle Nicole Events have worked tirelessly in hand selecting some of the area’s most respected vendors and sponsors tailored to meet the needs of millennial entrepreneurs and freelancers in the DMV. This year’s list includes Ebone Adrianne Floral Design, Sonju Weddings & Events, Belle Imagery Portraits, and , DJ DC Infamous in full collaboration with Elle Nicole Events in designing the atmosphere from decor to entertainment.
The Office Party wouldn’t be THE premiere holiday event for millennial entrepreneurs if there’s no abundance of amazing foods and treats. Attendees can look forward to lite bites provided by The Chickery, and scrumptious desserts provided by Sweets by India. Oh, did we mention Ciroc will be the spirit sponsor of the evening.

Millennial Male Entrepreneurs Are Invited!
Recognizing that male entrepreneurs are often left out with the “for ladies only” mantra, not only are men invited, there will be an entire Men’s Grooming Suite sponsored by Sonju Weddings & Events and featuring Millennium Salon, Bowtie Willies, and male beard grooming extraordinaire Brittany Harper, also known as “The Beard Goddess,” to name just a few. Plus, the Male influencers will not be left out, with The Bearded One, Keith Pough (@kpough) leading the charge as the exclusive influence for the Men’s Suite experience.

We know…been to one entrepreneur networking event or conference, you’ve been to ‘em all…but this event is really and truly about letting your hair down amongst other entrepreneurs while connecting in a more free-spirited environment. The Office Party, DC is really a party. The Office Party will be switching it up from last year’s Winter White theme, and decided to stay on trend by committing to the 2017 Pantone Color of the Year, Greenery, that is!
Plus, have ya’ll checked out Studio 52, yet? Seriously, what’s a party without a bomb space and Studio 52 is just that!
When we say SWAG…we REALLY mean SWAG..
Don’t you hate attending an event where you receive a goody bag that has no goodies?! Lucky for you, the ladies of Studio II and Elle Nicole Events hate it too. Last year’s attendees’ SWAG BAGS were filled with bath bombs and notebooks for entrepreneurs that were specially curated by Studio II. We hear this year, there’s popcorn from The Popcorn Bag, DC. Can you say, Yum?

You’ll want to come dressed to impressed! Like any party, fashion is a must. Last year’s Winter White Theme brought out the furs, the glitter sparkles and boots ready to pump all the way through. Whether you are about sticking within the trends or setting the new ones, this is your time to show off a little bit.

Now that you are ready to come dressed DOWN, we want to remind you to stay ready! Last year’s attendees included over 5 influencers. That means at any given moment, you (and your business) maybe given the chance to showcase yourself through interviews and/or social media exposure.
Party with a Purpose
Like any great event, the ladies of Studio II want you to party with a purpose. All about self-care and self-love there will be plenty of resources that affirm the mission of taking care of self! This event was created with the young, millennial entrepreneur or business owner in mind, with knowledge that self-care is often a forgotten priority.
