Happy Thursday lovelies! We are so excited to share this beautiful styled shoot by our newest #PrettyPerfectPartner, Unique2Chic Photography. This gorgeous shoot set in Bealeton, Virginia is breathtaking to say the least. The romantic backdrop paired with the classic soft blush and blue details made for the sweetest combination.

For the shoot, we really wanted to showcase what Virginia had to offer – romance and southern charm. We envisioned a romantic, sophisticated and chic fete with a hint of glam. With this vision in mind, we set out to find a setting that exuded simple elegance and decided on a gorgeous venue in Bealeton, VA- Morais Vineyards. We wanted to highlight the vibrancy of Spring by using many colors in the florals to create a romantic and cheerful design. There is something about the colors yellow and lilac that brings cheer and fun to a design so from the beginning we knew we wanted to include these two colors in the design. It was complimented by simple gold accents, which can be seen throughout the design, from the calligraphy love note and the geode, to the wedding cake and the tablescape. The color palette brought an overall sense of delicacy and movement while keeping the design elegant and understated.
The florist included peach, yellow, lilac, blue, and pink florals as well as some greenery into the arrangements. Our bride wore two breathtaking gowns, an icy pink Kitty Chen couture gown and an insanely glamorous lace couture Moonlight Bridal gown. The groom looked dashing in a tailored blue suit with a coordinating bowtie. Since everyone loves gelato we also thought having a gelato cart would be a fun and romantic addition to the shoot. Plus how cute is it to see a bride and groom feeding each other gelato, versus a traditional wedding cake? Super cute, if you ask us! Our overall goal was to capture the true essence of love and genuine emotion couples have for each other so our models were a real couple with that raw and beautiful chemistry. It was such an amazing feeling to see our ideas come to life. The details worked seamlessly with the setting and enhanced the venue’s stunning architecture. We are really proud of what we were able to create, especially in such a short period of time!
