You know the AP team lives and breathes for real brides, their stories, and most of all their DRESSES. So today we are very excited to feature five stunning real brides wearing gowns by the always amazing Maggie Sottero. Maggie Sottero Designs offers impeccable styling and incomparable fit, making dreams a reality for countless brides. The first gorgeous bride who rocked Maggie Sottero on her wedding day is Desiree Hartsock, who looked as if she had stepped out of a Renaissance painting in her Eve design—a breathtaking one-shoulder gown that features embroidered lace, an asymmetrical neckline, and a blushing tulle skirt. After exchanging personalized vows with Chris, Desiree slipped into her reception gown, the pristine Zarina that embodies vintage opulence and easy sophistication. This embellished sheath made a perfect sequel to the Eve’s cream-and-floral aesthetic, and both styles showcased Desiree’s poise and radiance on her big day. Visit www.maggiesottero.com for more information on the Eve and Zarina gowns, and check out similar styles Rosamund and Miela for more inspiration!

Maggie bride Ilona wore the Verina design for her European wedding—another exquisite sheath from Maggie Sottero that features shimmering lace appliques and an illusion-style bodice and neckline. The combination of three-quarter sleeves and a plunging back makes this an arrestingly sexy gown, while delicate embellishments add refinement and vintage glamour. We love that Ilona let her dark hair skim across her gorgeous shoulder blades to complement the standout features of this dress. We love how this look perfectly captures the 2016 trends we’ve been loving all year – lace detailing, peekaboo sheer fabric and just the right amount of sexiness.

Maggie bride Lindsay’s southern wedding definitely brought a smile to our faces. Her wedding was equal parts rustic charm and country-club sophistication, a perfect blend of sweetness and luxury. Lindsay’s Bronwyn gown seemed like it was made custom for the venue: the cap-sleeved fit-and-flare features a keyhole back, a classic V-neckline, and layers of lace and satin that convey an air of polished Americana. The bride looked classic and feminine as blushing florals and breezy parasols added just the right amount of whimsy to the couple’s elegant ceremony and reception. We just love the photo with her bridesmaids too – it makes me us want to time travel back to that exhilarating morning before the big day.

Maggie bride Lauren opted for a nontraditional venue for her vintage-inspired wedding: an old glue factory that featured exposed brick, industrial-chic accents, and ebony-and-powder-blue backdrops. Lauren chose the Chesney dress after falling in love with its impeccable fit, champagne coloring, and embellished-lace jacket. She paired the gown with red lipstick, a lux fur bolero, and a bold ranunculus bouquet, all of which made for a swanky reception and plenty of eye-catching photographs. We love the creativity and glamour of this look – so timeless! But the sweetest part for Lauren? Being surrounded by friends and family. “Think of your wedding like the best party you could ever throw,” says Lauren. “[We] made sure that our guests knew how appreciative we were to have them with us on our special day.”
