1.) Describe your style and aesthetic.

Our style is a mix of chic, glam, modern and eclectic. True to our name, we believe wedding and soirees are meant to be sensational. Therefore, a lot of thought goes into bringing each client’s vision to life, while adding sophistication with unique, polished and beautiful design

3.) What inspired you to work in the wedding industry?

I wholeheartedly believe in celebrating all of life’s special moments and events. Therefore, I take great pride in helping my clients plan with ease and celebrate in style! It was destiny for me to pursue a career in the wedding and events industry; in fact my very first job, at age 16, was working at a special events venue. After graduating college, I went on to work at that same special events venue and even had my wedding reception there a few years later. I loved everything about event planning, and knew my organizational skills and eye for beauty and details would aide me in my career. Creativity and passion fueled me, and after industry research and training, I went on to start Sensational Soirees in 2012. It was truly one of the best decisions I have ever made!

4.)  Do you have any advice for brides on the wedding planning process?

My advice for brides is to truly enjoy every facet of their journey to I do. Wedding planning is so exciting and important to any bride, and with the help of an amazing wedding planner, a couple’s wedding dreams can come true. Even if you are a DIY bride, have planning experience or are working with a specific budget, a wedding planner is truly crucial to bring your vision to life and diminish your stress. A wedding planner will become your bridal bestie, so rely on his/her expertise and take a sigh of relief knowing they have your back. Both the wedding and marriage are meant to be beautiful, so I also encourage couples to consider pre-marital counseling to learn valuable tools for a winning marriage.

5.)  When you’re not working your day (and night!) job, what do you love to do?

When I’m not working, I can be found at Target buying more than I need to (my happy place), enjoying ladies night and cracking up with my friends, singing and dancing to my favorite tunes, and best of all sharing my world with my family.
