French Quarter Wedding by Belle Tulle Events

Happy Wedding Wednesday! We are excited  to share Kim and Brian’s gorgeous New Orleans wedding with you today. The couple met in pharmacy school at Ole Miss where they took their relationship to the next level after interning together (how cute is that?) In honor of their first date which took place at an art museum, the couple decided to get married at another beautiful museum, The Cabildo in New Orleans’ French Quarter.

Kim and Brian said their vows surrounded by 100 guests and grand portraits of American historic figures. During the ceremony, the couple had a water ceremony, where water was brought from each of their parents’ homes, combined and blessed, to be used at the christening of their first child.
While the guests were cocktailing on the southern signature Firefly Arnold Palmer, the couple took photos in the Square and the ceremony room was flipped into the reception hall. Kim and Brian requested lots of dancing, white linens, blush colored peonies, mercury glass, and vintage touches to accentuate the classy-vintage Southern vibe they wanted. Kim polished off her look with pearls, sparkle, a ruffled gown, and fresh gardenias in her hair.
The new Mr. & Mrs. ended their reception with a traditional parade of guests to the New Orleans Second Line, and surrounded by a sea of sparklers, they were whisked off to their honeymoon on the Amalfi Coast.

PERFECT!
